This sun-drenched foodie getaway, based at a villa by the river in the central Algarve, is draws inspiration from the vegetarian dishes of renowned chefs. St Ives is the ideal spot for a sea shanty weekend. Participants will be taught traditional shanties from a folk singer and vocal coach, and try their hand at writing their own. The schedule includes voice exercises, breathing exercises, stagecraft advice and a final evening concert. The holiday is held in a rural hotel overlooking St Ives Bay.
